Electron coherence in a finite-length Luttinger liquid

I will discuss electronic coherence in an interferometer containing a finite-size Luttinger liquid. The coherence is described by multiple coherence lengths, contrary to the conventional exponential decay of coherence with single coherence length, and it even revives after broken, surprisingly. The counterintuitive behavior is attributed to the dynamics of the fractions of an electron (such as plasmon modes and zero modes) in the Luttinger liquid.
