Brief Bio:

Norbert Thyssen is the Director of Customer Services and Technology Projects at Infineon Technologies Dresden GmbH. After his studies in Physics at the RWTH Aachen he realized his PHD at the Research Center Jülich GmbH in the field of superconductors. The specialization in preparation methods and high frequency applications using single and stacked Josephson Junctions opened the possibility to join the semiconductor industry in 1998. Starting with DRAM production technology support and leading a central technology development group for 200mm and 300mm wafer size, he is now responsible for all technology development projects of advanced technologies here in Dresden.
