Brief Bio:Seddigheh studied Physics at Tabriz university, Iran. She finished her Master in group of Dr. Asgari in 2008. Her thesis was about numerical simulation the electric performance of AlGaN/GaN HEMT in microwave application. From 2008 to 2013 she was tuition teacher at Azarbaijan University of Tarbiyat Moallem, Tabriz, Iran. At the same time she was involved in research about Quantum Transport and Spintronic in mesoscopic systems using the first principles techniques such as density functional theory and Non Equilibrium Green Function technique under the supervision of Dr. Arash Phirouznia. In February 2014 she joined our group as a PhD student. |
