Antonio Panes obtained his bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering at the Universidad Veracruzana (UV) in 2012. His bachelor thesis focused on dye-sensitized solar cells in the group of Dr. Ebner Azuara. In October 2013 he joined the Master Program Molecular Bioengineering at BIOTEC, TU Dresden. He is currently working on the use of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) as active elements of sensor devices in the group of Dr. Viktor Bezugly.
