Boscij Pawlik

former PhD student

Stay period:Jan. 1, 2013 - Dec. 30, 2015

Boscij studied Chemistry at the TU Dresden from 2005 to 2010. He finished his Bachelor thesis on polyelectrolyte multilayers at the Leibniz-Institut fr Polymerforschung (IPF) in 2008. In 2010, he completed his Master studies with a thesis at the Fraunhofer Institute for Ceramic Technologies and Systems (IKTS), working on "Charakterisierung der Stabilitt und katalytischen Eigenschaften von perowskit- und platinhaltigen Katalysatoren fr den Einsatz in Dieselpartikelfiltern".

In December 2011, he started his Ph.D. thesis at the Institute of Semiconductors and Microsystems (Prof. Lakner) in close collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute for Photonic Microsystems (IPMS) in the group of Dr. Florenta Costache. Boscij is part of the group ENano which is coordinated by our chair. He will work on electrostrictive polymer-nanoparticle-blend actuators.
