Originally from Taiwan, Dr. Jing-Wun Li is an immunologist whose PhD was jointly awarded by Technische Universität Dresden and King’s College London. She specializes in cellular therapy, GMP-compliant CAR Treg manufacturing, and T cell biology. After moving to Germany in 2016, she discovered her love for wine and pursued formal training with the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET); she is WSET Level 2 certified and currently pursuing Level 3. Since early 2025, she has been hosting wine events and offering wine consultations. She is also a TÜV-certified Quality Representative (QMB) and Quality Auditor, and has joined the Chair to support the transfer of electronic nose (e-nose) technology into business initiatives for quality monitoring in wine production, in collaboration with Weingut Schloss Proschwitz, Prinz zur Lippe.
