Natalie Gudymenko received her Master’s degree in Chemistry at the Technical University Dresden in 2020. She then became a research associate at the Chair of Biopsychology under the supervision of Prof. Clemens Kirschbaum. Her research interests focused on the chemical-analytical measurement methods for stress biomarkers and hormones. Since 2022, she has been working on her doctoral dissertation, investigating the early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease using biomarkers found in body odor. In 2025, she joined the research group of Prof. Gianaurelio Cuniberti to continue her doctoral work. Her current research centers on the use of olfactory sensors to efficiently distinguish and detect different types of dementia.
