Peter studied economics at the Dresden University of Technology. He obtained the title of Master of Business Administration in 1996. He worked for several companies before he went into the economic development. 2004-2008 he was manager of a network of mechanical engineering companies at Bautzen Technology Center and developed together with the ifo Institute Dresden an innovation strategy for the Upper Lusatia. In 2008 he moved as a project manager to the Technology Center Dresden where he managed technology transfer projects between industry and science. Additionally from 2010-2014 he supported the national leading edge cluster �Cool Silicon� consisting of 100 partners from industry and research institutes. He has joined the chair of Prof. Cuniberti in November 2015 and is managing the Start-up project ProNT supported by Saxony government scholarship (ESF).
