former Visiting PhD student
Stay period: | Jan. 26, 2023 - Feb. 20, 2023 |
Group: | computational materials science and theoretical nanophysics |
Su-Bong Lee obtained his B.S. degree in chemical engineering at Yonsei University in 2014. Since 2014 he has been working as a Ph.D. student in Nano Convergence Systems group of Prof. Jong-Souk Yeo under School of Integrated Technology (SIT) and Yonsei Institute of Convergence Technology (YICT). Early of his degree course, he mainly developed a photoresist with enhanced properties for Roll-to-Plate UV nanoimprint lithography. From 2018 to 2021, he worked in Alinged Genetics developing PCR based molecular diagnostics platform. After returning to Yonsei University in 2021, he has been investigating a doping effect and the mechanism of Ovonic threshold switching (OTS) for selector device of cross-point arrays. In Jan-Feb 2023, he visited the chair of Prof. Gianaurelio Cuniberti to analyze chalcogenide materials behind OTS phenomenon using first principles calculation in the group of Dr. Rafael Gutierrez.
