Our chair takes part in a seminar on Culture and Technology organized by the Institute for Romance StudiesIn this semester, our chair is participating in the research seminar "Kultur und Technik" organized by Prof. Maria Lieber from the Institute for Romance studies.
During the seminar course, talks by international experts on the interaction between culture, humanities, science, engineering, and technology are offered. To get a direct insight into state-of-the-art technological research, the participating students from the humanities visit research labs at different institutes of TU Dresden and report in short talks on the impressions they got there. One group of students visited us in the Max Bergmann Center for an introductory presentation on nanotechnology and a lab visit to our STM lab.
