The seminar will give an overview on intellectual property rights that may arise from research and development activities of startup companies or academic institutions, but also from private persons or industrial activities. What are patent, trademark or design rights? How do I know if a technology is patent protected? What are my obligations as inventor, employer or entrepreneur? Those questions will be addressed and dos and don'ts for inventors discussed.
