Christian is cofounder and CTO of Sungier GmbH

Whether it's the climate crisis or Corona, many startups are offering solutions to the problems of our modern world with their innovative approaches. Christian Olshausen, founder and CTO of Sunfire GmbH, is pursuing a grand vision: to replace fossil fuels with renewable energies in all areas of life. The TU alumnus focused on green hydrogen as a building block of a climate-neutral energy supply as early as 2010. At a time when only a few believed in the potential of the technology. The company has since grown to more than 400 employees and is considered one of the world's leading suppliers of electrolysis plants for the production of hydrogen. Christian Olshausen will talk about successes and obstacles along the way in his keynote address.

In addition, four young startups from our network will present their business ideas in a pitch. On our Startup Mile you can meet other founders and ask questions to supporters. Over a beer and in a relaxed atmosphere, there will be plenty of opportunity for information and networking.

Brief CV

Studied industrial engineering at KIT and TU Dresden. Career start at Procter & Gamble (2004 - 2008). Since 2008 first project manager and then co-founder/CTO of sunfire GmbH.
