Sixonia Tech is a technology-driven startup company based in Dresden, Germany. Our core technology is the production and functionalization of large-flake, few-layer graphenes and its processing into various formulations. By providing good scalability and yield, low production costs and a good processability, our mission is to unleash the currently limited potential of graphene in various fields. Our E-Graphene can be functionalized to meet various processing requirements and thus be tailored for perfect interaction with various matrix systems.
As an example, E-Graphenes can be functionalized to be dispersible in water without the need for surfactants, while still maintaining an intrinsic conductivity that is two orders of magnitude higher than that of commonly used reduced graphene oxide (rGO) materials.
The scalable and eco-friendly process technology opens up new possibilities and prospects for the applications of graphene, in the field of inks, composites, sensors, energy storage and energy conversion.

Brief CV

Dr. Martin Lohe holds a Diploma and PhD in inorganic chemistry and has been working on the application and upscaling of porous materials before switching his focus towards graphene and 2D materials. In 2015, he joined the Group of Prof. Xinliang Feng at the Chair of Molecular Functional materials at the Technical University of Dresden with the focus on upscaling the electrochemical exfoliation of graphene as a research group leader and industry project coordinator. In May 2017, he co-founded Sixonia Tech GmbH, a technology-driven startup company based in Dresden, Germany, focusing on the production, functionalization and commercialization of large-flake, few-layer graphenes and their processing into various formulations.
