Chenyu Cai was awarded a bachelor's degree in Material Science by Xihua University in China. During his studies, he completed a one-month internship at Metall & Stahlbau Dresden, where he assisted in fabrication. Now he is studying Materials Science at TUD Dresden University of Technology in the 9th semester. At our chair, Chenyu is working on E-Beam lithography based nanometer scale electronic device fabrication for sensors application.
